Nothing says more weekend to me then waking up late and having chocolate pancakes for breakfast.
That feeling of fluffy texture of the pancake alongside the sweet and sticky honey. The taste of heaven.
But as I was having my in laws for brunch for the very first time, I decided to give it more of a garment look and feel. This time I will cook pancakes drenched with decadent 70% dark chocolate and pomegranate seeds.
Melted chocolate is a quick and easy way to take any simple dish to the next level, and the pomegranate seeds give it that exotic and opulent twist.
