Eva Longoria rose to fame for the role she played in the 2004 film, “Desperate Housewives”. She, however, began her career in 1998 where she appeared on an episode of Beverly Hills. Her success has landed her great deals with Bebe sport, Pantene and L’Oreal. She is also a successful business lady having several businesses like a restaurant and a cosmetic line.


Longoria is a strict advocate of anti-immigration legislation, and in 2012 she was chosen to co-chair President Barack Obama’s re-election. In 2014 she had founded the Latino Victory Project with the intent to raise money and encourage voting. She is also a supporter of the Coalition of Immokalee Workers, as she believes in honoring worker rights.
