Turkey Lunch-Box Wraps

One thing I gained from having  9am – 5pm day job is that you should never get too busy to skip your lunch. Seriously! Your health is a priority and your productivity will only increase after having a delicious meal. Prepare these the day before – avoid wasting your time in cafeteria line and take your time to enjoy your delicious lunch instead! You can adjust or change the given ingredients to create your own turkey wrap recipes for lunch. I’m sharing the recipe which works the best for me and my husband but feel free to experiment.

So what options do we have? You may easily play around with fillings you have on hand like kind of cheese or veggies, or even wrap itself, any flavor will do! Most of the time I use classic flour tortilla simply because that’s something we keep in the kitchen drawer for the wide variety of recipes.

The most important thing you need to give a thought is a turkey itself. Good fresh turkey with no artificial flavors, too much sodium and other bad things is the key ingredient so don’t skip reading the ingredient part of the package while shopping.

Also you may use a different condiments instead of cream cheese like hummus or whenever works best for you, just don’t forget to leave a part of the spread uncovered as it works as a glue when rolling the wraps.

Once all rolled up, you can cut them into pinwheels to fit into lunch box to carry around in your bag or you may cut them in halves for an easier grip. With the enough space for creativity, I can promise that this particular turkey wrap recipe for lunch is about to become your favorite!
