Warm Spinach & Artichoke Cups Recipe For Breakfast

I’m always looking for some different ways to make my breakfast special. It definitely does set the mood for the whole day, doesn’t it? But even when there’s plenty of time (like weekend mornings), personally I don’t like spending too much time on cooking before digging into my delicious breakfast. And, let’s be honest here, who does? Stuffing my stomach before going to bed isn’t my favorite thing to do (OK, SOMETIMES it is), so usually I wake up pretty hungry. And it was the thing for one of the recent mornings, when I woke up feeling quiet growling in my stomach but totally inspired to create something yum for me and my hubby – a warm Spinach & Artichoke cups recipe.

So what is the most important about these cups is that they are super easy to put together and absolutely delightful! In fact, I used my favorite ingredients (like Parmesan and cream cheese) that I always have on hand so feel free to substitute e.g. cheese or tortilla with your fave, it wouldn’t hurt.

You can also prepare these ahead, so that all you have to do in the morning is brew your coffee and wait 30 seconds till the microwave warms it up for you. Now you have your breakfast on the table in no time!
