The Aftermath: Game of Thrones Finale Conspiracy Theories

The Time Loop Theory: The events of Game Of Throne will happen again, and again

The time loop theory very much relies upon our knowledge that Bran, the new king of Westeros, is sort-of all knowing and can travel through, and even change, the past. However, as we know from many time-traveling theories, or time-traveling stories in popular fiction, alternating the past does not really go your way in most of the times.

The time theory suggests the Daenerys is resurrected. Unlike other versions of Dany’s resurrection, this one suggests the Drogon took Dany’s body north (not east, as Sam suggested in the season finale) so that she can be resurrected by the Children of the Forest as a White Walker. This will re-ignite the story of the White Walkers, and re-start the loop. In the season finale, Jon Snow was seen riding north with the wildlings, beyond the wall. The theory suggests, that he will meet Dany there, as a White Walker. Dany will turn Jon Snow into the “new” Night King, and the loving couple will reign war and terror in the north, and start making their way south, to reclaim the Iron Throne for Dany.

Bran will march his armies North. Sana, the queen of the north, will join forces with her little brother, in protection Westeros from the second coming apocalypse. If we rewind and review the original Night King storyline, we’ll find that is similar to the one this theory suggests. According to the books, The Night King met a white-walker woman in the woods, fell in love with her and they ruled as tyrants. Brandon the Builder, the first Stark and builder of The Wall, defeated them in battle, after joining forces with a King beyond the wall, driving them away and later built a magical wall (“The Wall”) to keep the white walkers away.

And so the entire plot of Game of Thrones will happen again, and again, in an endless time loop. Caused by Bran interruptions with the past, breaking the timeline. This Theory also meets the famous theory that Bran Stark (named King and “Bran the Broken”) is actually Bran the Builder, the first Stark and builder of The Wall.
